Returns and Exchanges
Shopping online is tricky. Shopping online for clothes that need to fit and flatter as well as function appropriately for your breastfeeding and pumping lifestyle is even trickier. If one of our pieces didn't quite fit or function the way you were hoping, we are happy to accept exchanges and returns.
Exchanges and returns are accepted for garments that have not been worn for a significant amount of time and have not been washed. Try the clothes on, see how they fit, and see how the breastfeeding and pumping access works (without actually feeding your child or pumping in the clothes). If you're not completely happy and would like to exchange or return a product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the process going.
Exchanges are accepted on unworn and unwashed garments that are exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order in the mail. Please email email@example.com to check that your replacement size and style is in stock and to get the exchange process going. Customer is responsible for mailing items to the address listed below. We will pay for sending the replacement product to you.

To qualify for a return, we must be contacted within 14 days of receiving your order in the mail, and garments must be unworn and unwashed. Customer is responsible for mailing items to the address listed below. We will inspect the garments and let you know if your return is approved. Once a return is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
